Wes Melcher: Plano, Texas, United States; Wes Melcher has been an entrepreneur from early childhood, starting three businesses before even graduating high school, and over a half a dozen since then. Wes has consulted for both start-up, and established companies in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Wes has trained and coached in excess of 100,000 people across the world over the last decade, and his passion for travel led him to the travel industry six years ago where he has consulted, trained and helped develop sales strategies and marketing programs for several companies. Wes played an intregal role in the formation of WorldVentures, which has become one of the dominant leaders in the travel industry in the United States in the last three years. He has become one of the company's top earners by growing his teams in excess of 30,000 people all over the United States, and was one of the first WorldVentures' National Trainers. Wes has contributed in supporting a large majority of the current leadership body, and is committed to sharing his experiences and knowledge for the company's newest emerging leaders. Wes currently lives in San Antonio TX, and is in the process of writing his first book.
